Allen has been a classroom teacher, principal, curriculum specialist, college administrator, professor and a noted national speaker. Dr. Queen has made hundreds of presentations to a wide variety of educational groups and has worked with many schools and districts in 45 states and 5 foreign countries on critical issues in education.  Dr. Queen’s seminars are well attended and the concepts learned by the participants are easily transferred to the classroom. Many school teams attend his seminars, which are well designed for the Train the Trainer Model, and taken back to be taught to other faculty and staff.
